meh, there are lots of bugs.

1: if you hold down space, then walk, the guy slides across the floor without moving his feet.
2: if you walk, then hold down space, then let go of walk, the guy stands still, but his feet move.
3: if you right click + play, you can see what's going to happen next, because the story bit shines through.
4: it's really annoying to have to watch the intro again and again. you should make a skip button.

it has the potential.

this could be a great game. you obviously know what you're doing, and if you make a longer, better, more diverse version of this game it would definitely own. good luck.

WTF?!

something was seriously wrong there, man. i pressed space, but nothing happened, then it went into a sort of demo-thing... whatever. get it fixed (or have it removed, to save space on the frontpage. i mean, who needs another space-invaders game?!)

[Dragonforce]

very very good.

i loved this game, and it's probably the best on NG. the slick shooting action, the mega-powerups, i loved it. very original weapons & enemies (i particularly enjoyed the final level, where i had full missiles, laser, protector x2, and the red weapon level 4. i was wasting, man!!!) anyway, the only problem was (like several others pointed out) is that there are no lives, and it's a bit frustrating to have to start the whole level over again, right from scratch, no guns, nothing... other than that, very well done. congrats, keep it up.

[Megaman X Next - The Game]

mmm,

well i never liked these megaman games, but usually they're bearable, because the controls are well thought out. the controls in this are fukd-up. i mean, why can't you just have the 'up' key for jump, like most other 2D games?

- You are incorrect, most 2D games (and 3D for that matter) do NOT have up as the jump button. Especially games that have LADDERS. Look at Capcom's MM games for example, duh.
- You can customize the keys and make up jump if you want up to be jump.

Sorry but you are... the weakest link. Now shoo, go read the instruction & info or play some 2D NEs games so you don't do something dumb like that again.

liked it. original, haven't seen anything like that before, and this was good. all you need (like other people have been saying) is guns, enemies, something more, (maybe an accelerate/brake action) and it would own.
